Your delivery is slow for reasons. We find them.

Ask about a diagnostic

Beyond Delivery Partners runs the Four-Week Diagnostic: a fixed-scope read of how your software actually gets delivered, built from your pipeline data and the engineers who live in it. Findings in writing, ranked, with the first three moves attached.

How it works

Three ways we help

Every engagement starts with the Diagnostic. The other two exist only where its findings point to them.

The Four-Week Diagnostic

The fixed-scope first engagement: four weeks inside your delivery system. Pipeline data, incident history, and interviews with the people who carry the work, ending in written findings ranked by cost and confidence.

Delivery instrumentation

Metrics that survive contact with Goodhart's law. We help you instrument queues, feedback loops and failure recovery so the numbers describe the system, never the people.

Change alongside teams

When findings need hands, we work the first moves with your engineers in the room: pairing on the pipeline, sitting in the retros, leaving playbooks your leads own.

How the Four-Week Diagnostic works

Four weeks, fixed fee, written scope before we start. Designed to be worth it even if we never meet again.

  1. Weeks one and two: evidence

Read-only access to your delivery tooling, the incident channel, and calendars. Interviews with engineers, leads and the people waiting on releases. We collect where time actually goes, not where the process says it goes.

  2. Week three: analysis

Queues, handoffs, batch sizes, feedback delays, recovery paths. Your numbers sit next to public research baselines (DORA and friends), with every comparison's caveats stated.

  3. Week four: findings

A written report: what slows delivery, ranked by cost and by our confidence, each finding tied to the evidence that produced it, each with a first move your team can run without us.

  4. After: your call

Some clients run the moves themselves; some ask us to stay for the first one. Both are fine. The report is designed to work without a follow-on contract.

Asked before most diagnostics

Is this an agile transformation?

No. We do not install ceremonies or rename your meetings. The Diagnostic finds where delivery loses time; what you change, and what you call it, stays yours.

Do you evaluate individual engineers?

Never. Findings describe systems: queues, tools, handoffs, incentives. Nothing we produce can be used for performance reviews, and the engagement letter says so.

What access do you need?

Read-only: the delivery pipeline, the ticket tracker, the incident history, and about ten hours of interviews across the org. No production access, no code changes.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee quoted after a half-hour scoping call, sized by org and system count. If we think a diagnostic will not tell you anything you do not already know, we say so on that call.

Start with a symptom.

Tell us what feels slow and what you suspect. You get a plain answer on whether the Four-Week Diagnostic would help, and a fixed quote if it would, within two business days.

Plain answer within two business days. If a diagnostic would not help yet, you keep the half hour and we say why.
