Beyond Delivery Partners is a small consulting practice with one starting move: the Four-Week Diagnostic, a fixed-scope read of how an organization's software actually gets delivered.

We set the practice up in late 2025 after years of watching the same meeting happen at different companies: delivery has slowed, everyone has a theory, the theories disagree, and the loudest one wins budget. The Diagnostic replaces that meeting with evidence. Pipeline data, incident history, and interviews with the engineers doing the work, compared against public research with the caveats stated, delivered as written findings ranked by cost and confidence.

Two commitments shape everything here. Findings describe systems, never individuals; nothing we produce can be used to rank an engineer, and the engagement letter says so. And the report has to work without us: every finding ships with a first move your team can run alone.
